great service but need for better soundproofing
The staff were cute, greeting us with smiles every day! I appreciated the cleanliness of the entire hotel. It was also very convenient to be so close to the main attractions-we were able to stroll around and enjoy the sights. The cute free drink was a nice touch.
Some noise from neighboring rooms made it difficult to fully relax.

Good location! I arrived at the Santo Lucia train station and the hotel is about 3 minutes away. Very easy to get around from there. Andrea at the front desk, he was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, and clean. Nice bathroom.
Andrea at the front desk, he was very friendly and helpful. However the rest of the staff at the reception was not. Specially the lady that worked in the evening. The internet, did not work for most of the time.

The room we booked was newly renovated and extremely pleasant with a view. The venue was set in the very central position close enough to a lot good restaurants and gelateria and the museum and tourist attractions and a direct bus to The Mall which is an outlet...
Well, the area was very busy overall.

I loved the hotel's stylish decor, with a cute reception area with contemporary furnishings and comfortable seating. The location was very convenient, especially for seniors like me.
A full-length mirror would be helpful in rooms.

You cannot believe how this hotel is close to Firenze SMN station (central station of Florence) and distance from hotel to station seems closer than description of map. Also, hotel staffs were all nice.

Alright, let me spill the beans, the dining scene around here is a goldmine! Hit up Caffe Il Cerino for a quick espresso or La Grotta di Leo for some mouthwatering Tuscan delights. Plus, the staff was on point-super helpful, and I even scored a double room upgrade! Kosher, right?
But listen, the walls were so thin, I could practically join in on my neighbor's shower karaoke-earplugs were my besties! Still, it was a minor hiccup in an otherwise fab stay. The vibes won out, hands down.

Close to train station and the center of the city. Free of charge internet access.Very helpful staff.
No air-condition, no windows, very noisy- you can hear everything in the other rooms and corridor and everyone can hear us. Disgusting coffee and breakfast.

Close to the train station.
We got mosquito bites at night, one person even got 10 bites.

Good location next to the train station and within walking distance to lots of great food and shopping. The rate was reasonable.
Room appeared to be slightly unfinished as there was tape covering the smoke detector on the ceiling and the signs for the room were on the floor by the door. Our toilet did stop working, but was fixed the next day when we returned. There was also no shower curtain which was a bit odd. The traffic was rather noisy at night.

Location, location, location!!!! The location was extremely great (opposite the main train station, Firenze, smn). Everything within walking distance. Also, the staff spoke in English and was very helpful in answering questions. Although the hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, it's quite nice on the inside. Would definitely recommend!
